At Wraptious, we're committed to ensuring you're over the moon with your purchase. If there's anything about it that doesn't make you smile, we're here to make things right. Feel free to get in touch, and we'll sort it out together.

How Returns Work:

Changed your mind? No worries. If it’s been less than 28 days since your purchase from our shop and you’re not feeling 100% happy with your item, we’re here to help with a refund or exchange. 

Just make sure to let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods if you want to cancel your order for any reason other than it being damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We’ll then let you know how to send your item back to us, which would be at your expense. (If the item is damaged or not what you ordered, Wraptious would pay for the return, or more likely we'd ask you to gift to Charity). The item must be unused, in the state you received it, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

There are a few items we cannot take back: 
- Freebies or promotional items.
- Gift cards.
- Anything personalised or custom-made, including all competition items.
- If using our Bespoke Service, please contact our team. 

Bespoke Service:

Due to the nature of our Bespoke Service creating personalised products, we would not be able to offer returns. However, we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your order. Firstly, we always recommend trying samples before ordering in bulk. If after this, you have received your order and are not satisfied, please contact us, as we are committed to making things right for you. Thank you. 

Non-Delivery of Goods Policy:

If an item you ordered does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please inform us promtly. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement if the goods are not delivered within 30 working days of our dispatch date. 

Please notify us within 30 working days of when your order is dispatched. We will then investigate with our delivery partners, which should not exceed 14 days. If after investigation the non-delivery is due to our or our partner's fault we can offer a full refund or replacement. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure delivery details are accurate. We're not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided. 

Refunding You

Once we receive your return and give it a quick check, we’ll email you to let you know we’ve got it. If all is well, we’ll process your refund and pop the credit back onto your original payment method within 14 days.
