Home and Gift Show, Harrogate

Last week, I took a day trip to the Home & Gift Show in Harrogate - one of the UK's largest greetings and giftware tradeshows. With over 1000 exhibitors across 4 days, it's a highlight of the UK trading calendar. Every stand looked amazing, and I thought I'd share a few of my arty favourites...

Doodlelove:
In Lela's own words, Doodlelove = paper + personality. Founded in 2010, Lela has been creating eye-catching and quirky designs for greeting cards, prints and even wedding stationery. I'm a bit of a designer nerd and love good typography, so when I saw Doodlelove's fresh and fun messages, I instantly took a liking to them, and think you will too! doodlelovedesigns.co.uk

Everythink In Ink:
Awesome name! Awesome work! I got chatting to this great mother/daughter team, and was in awe of their enthusiasm and energy. You could clearly see the amount of effort Sally, the daughter and artist, had put into her craft. The most colourful card stall at Harrogate, and was really impressed with the number of ranges and styles on display. Looking for colourful cards with a difference (besides Wraptious cards, of course!), then definitely check out these guys! Sorry my photos are a bit blurry. everythinkinink.com

Kick Ass Cushions:
Kick Ass Cushions are just that - kick ass! They had a small stand, but a huge amount of personality and all their designs stood out a mile off! Check out their site for yourself and you'll see the variety of cool cushions they have.
